非标准尺寸井身结构在渤中区域中深层探井设计中的应用

摘要: 渤海油田渤中区域中深层探井主要目的层为中生界潜山,该区域工程地质条件恶劣,压力系统复杂,作业风险高,伴随着本区域勘探开发的不断深入,渤海油田现有常规井身结构已不能满足多必封点封隔及多层测试要求,有必要对非标准尺寸井身结构开展探索性研究。首先对本区域地质情况及三压力条件进行了说明,对前期探井复杂情况进行了回顾,结合本次作业的实际需求说明了井身结构设计思路;然后结合国内非标准尺寸井身结构应用先例和渤海油田实际条件,提出了3种井身结构设计方案,以可实施性为核心目标对各方案进行了比选,优选井身结构为“Ø609. 6 mm × 240 m + Ø406. 4 mm × 2000 m + Ø298. 5 mm × 3800 m + Ø244. 5 mm(尾管)+ Ø177. 8 mm(尾管)”;最后对优选方案的套管强度进行了校核计算,以确保满足作业期间各工况下的强度要求。研究结果表明,提出的非标井身结构可以满足本区域探井钻井作业及分层测试要求,解决了渤中区域复杂地质条件下的探井井身结构设计难题,研究思路及研究成果可作为未来渤海油田中深层探井井身结构设计的重要参考。

Abstract:

The main target layer of the medium-deep exploration wells in Bozhong area of Bohai Oilfield is the Mesozoic buried hill. The engineering geological conditions in this area are harsh, the pressure system is complex, and the operation risk is high. With the continuous exploration and development in this area, the existing conventional well structures in Bohai Oilfield can no longer meet the requirements of Dobi sealing point isolation and multi-layer testing. It is necessary to carry out exploratory research on non-standard size well structure. First, the geological conditions and three-pressure conditions of this region are explained, the complex conditions of the previous exploratory wells are reviewed, and the design ideas of the well structure are explained based on the actual needs of this operation; then combined with the domestic nonstandard size well structure application precedents and the actual conditions of Bohai Oilfield, three well structure design schemes were proposed. The schemes were compared and selected with the core objective of practicability. The preferred well structure is " Ø609. 6 mm × 240 m + Ø406. 4 mm × 2000 m + Ø298. 5 mm × 3800 m + Ø244. 5 mm ( liner) + Ø177. 8 mm ( liner) ”; finally, the casing strength of the optimal scheme was checked and calculated so as to ensure that the strength requirements under various working conditions during the operation were met. The research results show that the Non-standard well structure proposed in this paper can meet the requirements of exploration well drilling operations and stratification testing in this area. The results of this paper solve the problem of well structure design of exploratory wells under complex geological conditions in the Bozhong region. The research ideas and research results are promising which will serve as an important reference for the future wellbore structure design of medium and deep exploration wells in Bohai Oilfield.
